01 - What is the CrowdFarming Communications Channel?

It is a secure and confidential tool that allows employees, suppliers and collaborators to report possible irregularities, legal breaches or unethical behavior within the organization.

02 - What types of events can I report?

You can report any action or omission that constitutes a legal or ethical violation, such as:

● Financial or tax fraud

● Workplace or sexual harassment.

● Data protection violations.

● Damage to the environment.

● Conflicts of interest.

03 - Is anonymity guaranteed in the complaint?

In the process, you can decide whether to report your personal data or not. If you decide not to do so, you'll need to set up your own follow-up through the reporting channel to see the progress and resolution. The channel will provide you with a username and password to access the progress of the complaint. The channel is independent of CrowdFarming and does not record information about the IP from which it connects

04 - I have lost my access code to check the status of the complaint. What can I do?

Unfortunately, and for security reasons, only the alerter knows your access code and password. If you lose any of them, you won't be able to keep track of the communication. That doesn't mean that communication doesn't take its course, simply that you won't be able to see how it's progressing, or provide more information if the company requires it.

05 - How can I increase anonymity when reporting?

The channel allows you to guarantee the anonymity of the report by selecting this option during the reporting process. In addition, you can increase anonymity by following tips such as not including personal data in the description of the report or providing documentation with personal information

06 - When will I receive a response to my complaint or query? What is the resolution deadline?

The response period will depend on the nature of your communication:

If it is a complaint about violations or irregularities:

We will strictly follow the deadlines set by the regulation. You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within a maximum of 7 days. Subsequently, an investigation will be carried out and you will receive a detailed response regarding the actions carried out within a maximum period of 3 months (counting from the acknowledgment of

receipt).

If it is a suggestion or query for improvement:

Since they are not a fact constituting a legal violation, these communications are not subject to the formal investigation procedure. However, our team will review your proposal and we will give you feedback as soon as possible, usually within 15 to 30 days, depending on the complexity of the

suggestion.

07 - Can I report an employment situation if I don't belong to the company?

Yes The channel is open so that different actors in the business ecosystem can help detect illegal activities. In any case, if they are complaints about the service offered, there are other channels enabled to submit such complaints

08 - Who manages the complaints channel?

The channel is managed objectively and independently by the Information System Manager, with the support of CrowdFarming's regulatory compliance specialists. To ensure maximum impartiality and professionalism in investigations, we can count on the collaboration of independent external experts when the nature of the complaint so requires

09 - How are personal data treated?

In accordance with the provisions of current data protection regulations, the companies that make up the CrowdFarming group with access to the Channel are responsible for the processing, management and storage of the personal data of all the people involved in inquiries and complaints. Both these and the contracted external experts comply with the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the data and prevent its alteration, loss and unauthorized treatment or access
